Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

  Due to the digital and blockchain-based nature of our services, all purchases and transactions made through Creator74 platforms, including DXCoin, live streaming services, and software solutions, are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where explicitly stated or required by law.


2. Digital Tokens (DXCoin)

  All transactions involving DXCoin (DXC) are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Creator74 does not offer refunds or reversals for:

  • Token purchases or transfers

  • Exchange rate fluctuations

  • Lost wallet access or private keys

  • User errors (e.g., sending to the wrong address)

  ⚠️ Please double-check all transaction details before submitting.


3. Live Streaming Services

  Live streaming services include subscriptions, digital event access, and tipping features. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Missed live events

  • Voluntary cancellations by the user

  • Performance or content dissatisfaction (unless technical failure is proven)

  If a paid event is canceled by Creator74, users may receive:

  • A full or partial refund, or

  • Access to a rescheduled event or equivalent content


4. Software Services & SaaS Subscriptions

  Creator74 provides software solutions on a subscription or contract basis (monthly/yearly plans).

  a. Free Trials

     Some services may offer limited free trials. No charges apply until after the trial ends.

  b. Paid Plans

    Once subscribed:

  • No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.

  • Users may cancel anytime; cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

  • For annual subscriptions, pro-rated refunds may be considered only if:

    • Service downtime exceeds 72 hours continuously, and

    • A refund is formally requested with proof


5. Exceptions to Refunds

  Refunds may be issued under special circumstances:

  • Double payments (accidental duplicate transactions)

  • Proven unauthorized transactions (fraudulent access)

  • Technical failure on Creator74’s end preventing service delivery

  Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may take 5–10 business days to process.


6. Refund Process

  To request a refund:

    • Transaction ID or payment reference

    • Reason for refund

    • Contact details

  Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • The original payment method (fiat/crypto), or

  • A credit applied to your Creator74 account


7. No Physical Returns

  Creator74 does not sell or ship physical goods. Therefore, no product returns are applicable.


8. Fraud & Abuse Policy

  Creator74 reserves the right to deny refund requests suspected of:

  • Abuse of the refund system

  • Multiple refund claims from a single user

  • Use of chargebacks without first contacting support

  Such users may be banned from using our services.
